Hoboken Montessori School’s Enrichment Programs offers students an in-depth exploration of a chosen subject in a fun, after school setting. Classes are drop off only for indicated age group and run 45 minutes from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm. Please register below and see the calendar for session dates.

Traditional Camp Descriptions- 2022
Our Summer Program will offer a Traditional Camp featuring 8 exciting weeks full of hands-on activities. The children will have the opportunity to explore Montessori materials while also diving deep into themes full of crafts, experiments, and imaginative fun. This is a great way for children to stay engaged in their learning and routines, while also making new friends and having hands-on fun!

This program offers both Half Day and Full Day options for students currently enrolled in the 21-22 school year, and children who turn 3 years old by December 31, 2022.

Session 1- Week 1: 6/27-7/1 and Week 2: 7/5-7/8
Let's Go Camping!
Pack your bags and get ready as we explore the great outdoors! From pitching a tent and making s’mores around the “campfire”, to creating our own binoculars for an imaginative bear hunt, we will be digging in and getting our hands dirty (and wet)! Join us as we learn about country life!
Session 2- Week 3: 7/11-7/15 and Week 4 7/18-7/22
Music & Movement
Children will rock and roll their way into the second session by creating musical instruments from simple household items and move and groove their way along balance beams, tunnels, and obstacle courses. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression.
Session 3- Week 5: 7/25- 7/29 and Week 6: Aug 1-5
Mermaid & Pirates!
Ahoy ye pirates and mermaids! Join our Captain and their HMS crew as we sail the seven seas in search of gold coins, and mermaid tails. We'll learn how to talk, and dance like a pirate, swim like a mermaid, and get our hands a bit messy with magical slime.
Session 4: Week 7: 8/8 - 8/12 & Week 8: 8/15 - 8/19
Out of this World
1, 2, 3.. blast off! Campers will rocket into outer space as they become astronauts exploring the stars and planets that make up our Solar System. Some explorations we will eat, some we will make, and some we will observe. This is a session you don’t want to miss!
