2021 summer programs
HMS offers a fun, recreational, and educational summer program with registration open to the public. Experienced teachers extend the classroom experience through quality programs while focusing on an exciting bi-weekly theme. Our warm, nurturing, and hands-on environment is designed to create an engaging social atmosphere.
Our truly unique Montessori experience includes both indoor &outdoor activities:

Summer Offerings & Eligibility
Traditional Camp is a Half (8:30-11:30 am) or Full Day (8:30 am -3:15 pm) camp for children currently enrolled at HMS students, incoming Primary HMS students, and non-HMS families with children turning 3 years old by July 1, 2021, 4's and 5's.

Summer 2021 Enrollment Terms
Eligibility
Traditional Camp is open to currently enrolled HMS students and incoming Primary HMS students. We welcome non-HMS families with children 3 years old by July 1, 2021, 4's, and 5's.
Specialty Camp is open to all HMS and non HMS students who turn 4 years old by October 1, 2021 and 5's.
Mini-Camp is open to our incoming HMS Pre-Primary students only.
Enrollment Requirements
Minimum enrollment is 2 weeks for Traditional and Specialty Camp.
Schedules & Fees by Week
Traditional Camp: Half Day (8:30 am- 11:30 am): $375
Full Day (8:30 am - 3:15 pm) $540
Specialty Camp: Full Day (8:30 am - 3:15 pm): $575
Mini-Camp: (9 am - 11 am) $325
Before and Aftercare available if there is sufficient enrollment.
Note: Camp weeks that fall during July 4th week will be prorated since camp will not be in session on Monday, July 5th.
Registration
Registration Fee per Student: $50 one-time non-refundable. This fee is waived for current and incoming HMS students.
Supply Fee per Student: $100 one-time non-refundable/non-transferable for Traditional & Specialty/$50 for Mini-Camp.
Deposit: $250 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit
The registration fee (if applicable) and deposit is due with this registration form in order to secure your child's space. The deposit will be applied to the summer program fee balance. Supply fee is due on June 1, 2021.
Sibling discount applies to Traditional and Specialty Camps only. Discount is 5% off the lower summer tuition for a second child
Camp Balance & Refunds
The Summer Camp balance is due on June 1, 2021. Notification must be given in writing on or before June 1 if you would like to withdraw. After June 1, camp reservations can be moved to another week, space permitting. After June 1, there will be no refunds permitted. Should we be required to cancel a week(s) or partial week due to COVID, camp fees will be credited back to future tuition payments for enrolled HMS students or refundable within 30 days by Company check. Refunds exclude the non-refundable/non-transferable registration and supply fee.
COVID Updates and Adjustments to Policies
We will follow the latest state and licensing guidelines based on where we are with the COVID-19 pandemic. The final details of the 2021 Summer Program are subject to change.
